Director, Preston Campus

About the role
The Director of the Preston Campus will join Parade College’s senior leadership team and be accountable for the overall management of the campus. Reporting to the College Executive, the role focuses on delivering high‑quality education, pastoral care and student wellbeing in line with the College’s Catholic and Edmund Rice traditions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Preston Campus team, overseeing teaching, learning and support services.
- Implement and monitor student wellbeing policies and ensure compliance with whole‑school procedures.
- Drive the growth of the VCE Vocational Major and the new Business and Sport Academies, including pathways to La Trobe University.
- Foster a vibrant learning community that encourages student leadership and holistic development.
- Collaborate with the College Leadership Team to align campus initiatives with the Strategic Plan 2022‑2026.
- Manage campus resources, budgets and stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in senior educational leadership within a secondary school environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and student wellbeing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage staff, students and families.
- Ability to lead change and develop innovative learning programmes.
