Director, PCM Sales

About the role

The Director, PCM Sales will lead the Transaction Banking sales team, managing a portfolio of primary and secondary banking customers across Australia and PNG. You will drive revenue growth, shape client strategies and act as a senior advocate for ANZ’s 2030 vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Transaction Banking clients, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Originate deals, oversee end‑to‑end account management and coordinate with Operations for seamless service delivery.
• Drive financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue, profitability and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track targets and report on growth metrics.
• Conduct regular strategic reviews with clients to uncover insights and new opportunities.
• Represent the POD in cross‑functional initiatives to support ANZ’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Transaction Banking sales or relationship management within a banking environment.
• Excellent analytical abilities to develop client‑specific propositions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Professional presence, strong presentation and communication skills.
