Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Accor is seeking a commercially sharp, results‑driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial engine of the dual‑brand Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport property. You will be responsible for driving revenue across all market segments and shaping the strategic direction of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue across Corporate, Domestic, Leisure, Conferencing and Incentive segments, meeting and exceeding budgeted targets.
• Develop and implement market‑driven strategies, leveraging digital trends and competitive insights.
• Lead, coach and grow the Business, Events and Groups team to maximise opportunities from boardrooms to large conferences.
• Oversee Digital, Marketing and PR activities, ensuring brand consistency and promoting venue partnerships.

• Proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing leadership.
• Strong market expertise with the ability to anticipate trends and act swiftly.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
