About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a visionary Director to lead its Cost Management team in Adelaide. You will drive business development, deliver end‑to‑end cost services for real‑estate projects and act as a trusted advisor to key clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and expand market presence.
- Oversee the full delivery of cost management services across complex construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice.
- Inspire and develop a high‑performing cost management team.
Required profile
- Professional qualification in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
- 15‑20+ years of experience delivering consultancy services to construction and real‑estate sectors.
- Proven leadership of cost management teams on medium to large, high‑complexity projects.
Required skills
- Quantity surveying or equivalent expertise.
- Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
- People management and team development.
