Director – AI & Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead technical strategy and delivery for our AI‑native consultancy. The role combines deep technical expertise with senior leadership, guiding customers through platform modernization, software delivery acceleration, and enterprise‑scale AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on software, platform, cloud, and AI strategy.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design workshops.
• Design and oversee delivery of enterprise‑scale software and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across AWS, software engineering, and AI transformation.
• Drive successful delivery of engagements and mentor delivery teams.
• Lead technical pre‑sales, solution shaping, and opportunity qualification.
• Scope complex programs, provide realistic estimations, delivery models, and commercial guidance.
• Build strong relationships across the AWS partner ecosystem and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and practice leads to produce thought leadership, accelerators, blogs, demos, and technical collateral.
• Represent the company publicly at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and customer events.
• Attract, interview, and mentor technical talent.
• Contribute to internal engineering standards, reusable accelerators, AI capabilities, and delivery IP.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale enterprise software, cloud, and AI transformation programs.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen with ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Credibility across engineering communities, customer executives, and the AWS partner ecosystem.
• Balance of pre‑sales, delivery leadership, and thought leadership.
