About the role

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to design and deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning experiences for young children. You will mentor fellow educators, uphold curriculum standards, and help create a safe, inspiring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and contribute to high‑quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Support and guide fellow educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards.
• Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and the team.
• Create meaningful, play‑based learning experiences using EYLF principles.
• Foster a collaborative, reflective team culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Proven experience in an early learning environment.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current NSW Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑6:30 pm.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Understanding of National Quality Standards and documentation practices.
