Digital/Graphic Designer (Brisbane)

About the role

BAMBRICK, one of Queensland’s largest digital marketing agencies, is seeking a talented Digital/Graphic Designer to join its Brisbane CBD office. You will create visual assets that bring digital marketing concepts to life for a diverse portfolio of Australian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Creative, account managers, SEO, PPC and social teams to produce performance‑driven digital assets.
• Design graphics for landing pages, websites, and paid‑media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google.
• Develop motion‑graphics and video edits using After Effects and Premiere Pro where required.
• Maintain brand consistency while optimizing designs for conversion and user experience.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong creative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication.
• 2‑3 years of agency or in‑house design experience.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in the Brisbane CBD office.
• High attention to detail, organised and passionate about design and conversion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of WordPress is a strong plus.
