Digital UX Designer

About the role

NGS Super is seeking a Digital UX Designer to shape the future digital experience for its members and employers. You will support the organisation’s digital transformation, focusing on web, email and journey experiences that are intuitive, accessible and consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web, email and member journeys.
• Create user‑centred designs that simplify complex financial information.
• Design personalised experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO).
• Produce wireframes, user flows, component specifications, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs ready for development.
• Define reusable layouts, interaction patterns and components to ensure scalable, consistent experiences.
• Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to deliver inclusive solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, agency partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent implementation.
• Contribute to design system standards, templates and documentation for long‑term reuse.

Required profile

• Passionate UX professional with strong creativity, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user‑friendly designs.
• Understanding that great design drives engagement, trust and outcomes.
