Digital Sales Analyst

About the role

ING is looking for a Digital Sales Analyst to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion performance within its fast‑growing Retail Bank. You will turn data insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital sales funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys, from design through to results analysis.
• Maintain and enhance digital tracking, tagging and measurement frameworks.
• Identify friction points in customer application journeys and support optimisation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports and insights that inform business decisions and stakeholder priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong interest in customer behaviour, digital optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across product, marketing and analytics teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (including tagging and QA).
• SQL (tested throughout the interview process).
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau (highly regarded).
• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and test analysis.
