Digital Performance Manager

About the role

Lead the digital strategy for Endeavour Foundation, driving customer acquisition, engagement and growth across multiple brands. Report to the Head of Marketing and manage a high‑performing team responsible for paid media, SEO, CRO, website optimisation, UX, marketing automation and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies across paid media, SEO, websites, marketing automation, email and social media.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and improve conversion rates through CRO practices.
• Manage digital budgets, optimise ROI and ROAS.
• Deliver data‑driven insights, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead website UX and optimisation initiatives, overseeing agency and vendor relationships.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of seven digital professionals.

Required profile

• 7+ years in senior digital marketing or performance leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving acquisition and growth targets in B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Experience building high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation.

Required skills

• HubSpot CMS and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Salesforce CRM.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced analytics.
• BigQuery and SQL.
• SEO, CRO, paid media, marketing automation, UX optimisation.
