Digital Marketing Specialist – Part‑Time (Remote, Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a digitally‑savvy marketer to help shape the next phase of growth for a boutique agency specialising in retail shopping centre marketing across Australia. This flexible, permanent part‑time position (≈15 hours per week) is remote‑first and ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for shopping centre clients, aligning with foot‑traffic and retailer engagement goals.
• Analyse campaign and platform performance using Agency Analytics, Meta Insights and Google Analytics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create strategic digital plans, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, and drive paid‑media growth.
• Lead reporting and performance reviews, continuously improving systems and processes.

Required profile

• Digitally‑savvy marketer based in Sydney, seeking flexible part‑time work (≈15 hrs/week) and able to work remotely.
• Proven experience in both strategy development and hands‑on execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong interest in retail shopping centre marketing and willingness to contribute to an independent boutique agency’s growth.
