Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute a digital marketing plan aligned with Sika's overall marketing strategy. This role will manage Sika Australia's digital platforms, social media presence, and lead generation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute a digital marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
• Maintain and optimise the website, SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns to drive visibility and conversions.
• Lead social media strategy, content creation, publishing, community engagement and PPC advertising.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries across digital channels, fostering an active online community.
• Measure performance using web analytics and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Business Managers on product launch digital plans and create educational/promotional content.
• Identify and promote new digital platforms and tools in line with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Project management ability to handle multiple concurrent digital projects.
• Strong communication skills to influence and engage audiences at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting.
• Expertise in SEO and SEM techniques.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms.
