Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will own SLICKHAIR’s digital marketing activities from strategy to execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will manage budgets, data, and channels to drive growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the digital strategy across paid media, email, social, and web, reporting weekly on ROAS, CAC, LTV and retention.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and Amazon, bringing paid social and search fully in‑house within 60 days.
• Own SEO and SEM efforts, including testing emerging channels such as TikTok Shop.
• Improve day‑to‑day performance of the Shopify storefronts for AU, US, UK and EU, managing landing pages, conversion funnels and campaign journeys.
• Design and execute the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy – email, SMS, automations and segmentation – to turn acquisition spikes into repeat customers and grow the database.

Required profile

• Passionate about digital customer experience and data‑driven optimisation.
• Proven experience working closely with brand or creative teams to translate performance insights into actionable briefs.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to test, tweak and iterate in real time.
