Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Brisbane digital marketing agency seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to act as the external growth partner for a small portfolio of consumer‑facing brands across outdoor, lifestyle, retail and eCommerce. You will integrate paid media, content, website, CRM and commercial strategy into a cohesive plan that drives sales and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 3‑4 clients as their dedicated digital marketing lead.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Analyse performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate and revenue contribution.
• Translate client objectives into channel strategies, creative briefs and asset production.
• Collaborate on website improvements, landing‑page CRO, product‑page optimisation and email/CRM flows.
• Report results to clients with clear, commercial recommendations linking digital activity to online sales, lead nurturing, in‑store traffic and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for consumer‑facing brands.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, retail or DTC environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret customer behaviour beyond raw campaign data.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and a commercially‑driven attitude.
