Digital Growth & Brand Activation Manager

About the role

This hands‑on position will own the full customer journey for Minor Figures, from first impression through purchase and retention. Working closely with the Australian Leadership Team, the Global Marketing Team and a local agency, you will drive growth across digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Minor Figures' digital presence, community and e‑commerce performance.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to acquire customers and increase online sales.
• Lead subscriber growth initiatives across email, SMS and CRM channels.
• Support e‑commerce campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
• Maintain website content and ensure an engaging online experience.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate brand activations, sampling programmes and experiential marketing events.
• Collaborate with external agencies and platform partners, managing budgets and reporting.
