Digital Engineering Lead

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership, governance and strategic direction for Digital Engineering delivery across large‑scale defence, transport, building and water projects in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical governance and delivery of Digital Engineering across multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve Digital Engineering frameworks, standards, methodologies and assurance processes.
• Mentor Digital Engineering Coordinators and project teams, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Create and manage Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DEEPs) and information management frameworks aligned with ISO 19650.
• Collaborate with Information Management, Systems Engineering and Digital Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship (required for defence projects).
• Significant experience delivering Digital Engineering, BIM or Information Management on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring practitioners and developing capability within organisations.
