Digital Channels Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Digital Channels Assurance Analyst joins ANZ’s Digital Channels Line 1 Risk team to help manage non‑financial risk across strategic, regulatory and customer‑focused initiatives. This hands‑on position blends risk management, data analysis, governance and stakeholder engagement to support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse risk, issue, event, control and action data to spot trends, emerging risks and areas needing management attention.
• Produce high‑quality reports, dashboards, presentations and governance materials that deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with business, technology, delivery and risk stakeholders to gather information, challenge assumptions and coordinate outcomes.
• Support end‑to‑end governance forums, including agenda setting, stakeholder engagement and pack preparation.
• Contribute to assurance activities for the PACT program, the Single Customer Front End transformation and the Suncorp Integration Program.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
