DevSecOps Engineer – CI/CD Migration & Cloud Automation

About the role

HCLTech is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to lead the migration of .NET/C# applications from TeamCity to GitHub Actions and to modernise the CI/CD pipeline. You will work in a fast‑growing tech environment, helping to embed security, automation and reliability into our delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GitHub Actions workflows (YAML, reusable templates, secrets, runners).
• Migrate existing TeamCity/Jenkins build configurations to GitHub Actions.
• Build, package and deploy .NET Core APIs and applications.
• Refactor PowerShell automation scripts for modern deployment pipelines.
• Integrate security tools (Snyk, SonarQube, Wiz/IaC scanning) and enforce quality gates.
• Manage repository governance (branch protection, CODEOWNERS, PR workflows).
• Handle artifact and package management using Artifactory, NuGet and NPM feeds.
• Support SRE uplift, virtualised testing and dependency remediation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions workflow engineering.
• Proven background building and deploying C#/.NET Core applications.
• Ability to interpret and convert TeamCity/Jenkins pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell automation and refactoring.
• Experience embedding DevOps controls such as Snyk, SonarQube and IaC scanning.
