DevOps Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a DevOps Manager with a strong technical foundation in Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices to lead infrastructure automation and pipeline quality across enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, integrating security scanning, functional and performance testing.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible and Packer.
• Build core infrastructure metrics dashboards and automate quality gates and governance controls.
• Provide strategic recommendations for tooling, process and platform improvements within a scaled‑Agile delivery framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience architecting DevOps solutions for large enterprises, including self‑service workflows and FinOps.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts through design documentation and code.
• Australian citizenship with Baseline or NV1 security clearance; prior experience with Australian Federal organisations is preferred.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SonarQube, jFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow, JMeter, Selenium.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, Packer.
• Scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with application security scanning, functional and performance testing integration.
