DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Agile Scrum team. You will be responsible for supporting CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments across non‑production and production environments, and ensuring the reliability of integration services.

Key responsibilities

• Support CI/CD and deployment processes for TLAW integrations in both non‑prod and production.
• Execute and validate deployments, including any required manual steps.
• Own integration connectivity, environment validation, and provide L3 production support.
• Assist with release, change, disaster‑recovery and re‑release activities.
• Maintain security compliance, credential management and segregation of duties.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date runbooks, operational procedures and DR documentation.
• Collaborate independently with the Scrum team to deliver committed outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and audit‑ready DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Required skills

• PowerShell and Shell scripting
• Chef cookbooks and pipeline troubleshooting
• CI/CD using Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• ServiceNow (Change, Incident, Release)
• Jira for Agile backlog and delivery tracking
• Bitbucket (branching, PRs, CI/CD)
• Cucumber/BDD for integration validation
