DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a DevOps Engineer to bridge development and IT operations, driving collaboration and accelerating software delivery for leading organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Manage and optimise cloud environments on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Monitor system performance and reliability with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing and production.
• Maintain source code repositories and version control using Git.
• Implement containerisation with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes.
• Document systems, workflows and processes and enforce security and compliance best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation (IaC).
• AWS, Azure, Google Cloud platforms.
• Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk (monitoring/logging).
• Git version control.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
