Developer / Technical Lead

About the role

WARRRL is seeking a hands‑on Developer/Technical Lead to join its Product/IT team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of digital products, from web applications and APIs to native mobile apps and cloud infrastructure, helping shape the end‑to‑end evolution of our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and maintain front‑end and back‑end code across multiple platforms.
• Improve existing platforms, reduce reliance on external vendors, and explore modern architectures and tooling.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and external technology partners to solve technical challenges.
• Own the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance and scalability of digital products.
