Designer – Brand & Digital Creative

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, beauty‑obsessed Designer to join Bondi Sands’ Global Brand and Creative team. You will translate our key brand messages into compelling visual designs across product packaging, digital assets and promotional material, supporting our mission to inspire confidence through healthy, glowing skin.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative for eCommerce, EDMs, paid media, landing pages and social platforms.
• Create motion assets such as paid social ads, digital campaign content and brand hype reels using animation and video editing.
• Develop visual solutions from briefs, applying layout, typography, imagery and colour.
• Produce graphic, photographic, videographic, animation and motion‑graphics content.
• Assist in product packaging design, ensuring brand consistency across ranges.
• Contribute to website updates, enhancing visual appeal and user experience.
• Support integrated product and marketing campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a design role within an agency, studio, in‑house team or digital environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital and motion design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in graphic design, animation and video editing.
• Ability to create digital assets for eCommerce, social media and paid media.
• Experience with product packaging design and website visual updates.
