Designer – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Join DEPT®'s Global Studios team as a Designer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital designs that spark conversations between brands and audiences, working closely with strategists, copywriters, and other designers.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept through to final delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas during creative brief sessions.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets, including image sourcing and digital artworking.
• Develop rich visual content for owned channels such as websites, apps, and email.
• Design small animations for digital assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and marketing trends.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure flawless design output.
• Deliver work on time and within scheduled timeframes.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and resourceful with a strong eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
• Team‑oriented mindset, supportive of colleagues.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Eager to learn new skills and take on challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (industry‑standard design framework).
