Design Architect – Multi-Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking two Design Architects to join a Tier-1 international architecture and interior design practice in Sydney. The role focuses on the front-end design of award-winning multi-residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects, offering the chance to shape concepts from idea through to detailed documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine design schemes for multi-residential developments.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare and present concept designs and detailed documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive studio culture.
• Stay up-to-date with building codes, sustainability standards and industry trends.

Required profile

• Master of Architecture qualification.
• 4-7 years of local experience on multi-residential projects in Sydney.
• Strong front-end design capabilities across concept to documentation phases.
• Full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) and currently residing in Sydney.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
