Dermal Therapist – Beauty & Skin Care

About the role

MECCA Chadstone is launching a new 2,000 sqm beauty destination and is seeking passionate Dermal Therapists to deliver high‑performance skin treatments and expert consultations to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on personal skincare needs and provide expert advice on skin health.
• Deliver advanced facial treatments and support in‑centre training and promotional activities.
• Build lasting relationships with clients while working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification).
• At least one year of professional experience performing skin services or advanced skin treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare ingredients and proven experience in skin consultations.

Required skills

• Advanced facial treatment techniques.
• Skin consultation and assessment.
