About the role

LSKD is looking for a dynamic Deputy Coach to support the Head Coach (Store Manager) at our bustling Melbourne Central store. This hybrid retail‑fitness position will help shape the store culture, drive community engagement, and ensure profitable day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant community by delivering exceptional experiences and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Plan, organise and lead in‑store and local gym events that increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Develop and mentor a team of leaders, providing on‑floor coaching, onboarding, and continuous feedback.
• Maintain operational excellence through daily game plans, stock management, visual merchandising, and back‑of‑house organisation.
• Collaborate with local partners aligned with LSKD values to expand community reach.

Required profile

• Strong leadership mindset with a passion for fitness and community building.
• Experience in retail or fitness environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
