Demand Planner (Full‑Time)

About the role

Bali Body is seeking a Demand Planner to own forecasting, planning and stock delivery across its fast‑growing eCommerce and B2B channels worldwide. You will shape a newly created function, ensuring the right products are available in the right markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, company plans and commercial insight.
• Monitor stock levels across the network, identifying supply gaps and material shortages before they become issues.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial and eCommerce teams to align forecasts with promotions, new product launches and sales activity.
• Translate demand forecasts into purchasing requirements and ensure supply is planned effectively.
• Track supplier and service‑provider performance, flag improvement areas and enforce agreed standards.
• Support the S&OP cycle and contribute to cross‑functional planning meetings.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning processes, tools and reporting.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytically strong planner with demand or supply planning experience in FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Background spanning both B2B and online/DTC channels.
• Comfortable working with data and engaging with commercial and operational teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
