Demand Planner - ANZ Portfolio

About the role

An established global organisation is seeking a Demand Planner to join its Pacific Supply Chain team, supporting the Home Solutions portfolio. Working within a team of five Demand Planners, you will lead demand forecasting across Australia and New Zealand, driving forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation and supply chain performance. The role is based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for an ANZ product portfolio
• Develop and maintain statistical forecasts using planning tools, market intelligence and business insights
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams on collaborative forecasting reviews
• Support SIOP and IBP processes through accurate demand planning and forecasting
• Coordinate new product launches, promotions and product life cycle changes
• Analyse forecast accuracy, bias and KPI performance, and identify improvements
• Provide demand signals to Supply Planning teams to support inventory and service levels
• Leverage analytics, digital planning tools and AI-driven capabilities to improve forecasting
• Deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning or broader supply chain planning roles
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in a complex business environment
