Delivery Insights and Performance Lead

About the role

The Delivery Insights & Performance Lead is a senior technology leadership position within ANZ's Digital Channels Technology division. You will create a single source of truth for delivery capacity, utilisation, throughput, and flow across squads, platforms, and value streams, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an authoritative view of delivery performance across Digital Channels Technology.
• Develop insights on capacity, utilisation, throughput, predictability and flow, translating data into actionable recommendations for technology leadership.
• Provide a definitive delivery performance narrative across squads, platforms and value streams.
• Maintain baseline and rolling views of delivery capacity for investment and BAU activities.
• Identify supply‑demand mismatches, workforce constraints, skill gaps and delivery dependencies.
• Support evidence‑based prioritisation and risk mitigation decisions.
• Define, standardise and embed delivery performance measures across the technology organisation.
• Drive alignment on capacity, utilisation, throughput and flow metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analysing complex delivery data and generating strategic insights.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence senior technology leaders with evidence‑based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey performance narratives.
• Ability to work independently without direct people‑management responsibilities.
