About the role

Join Coles Group as a Customer Service Agent (CSA) and become the friendly face behind our iconic vans, delivering online grocery orders to customers in Wynnum West and surrounding suburbs. This part‑time role offers flexible hours and a focus on safety, health and community service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to homes across Wynnum West and surrounding areas.
• Pick and pack online orders to the highest standard for delivery.
• Navigate safely through busy streets, suburban roads and regional areas, both day and night.
• Load, unload and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, including stairs.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic commitment to providing great customer experiences.
• Current full or provisional Australian driver’s licence with at least 12 months’ driving experience and a safe driving record.
• Willingness to undergo police and driving history checks.
• Physical ability to be on your feet, lift and carry groceries.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
