Data Analytics Professionals – Expression of Interest

About the role

ING is seeking expressions of interest from analytics professionals for multiple upcoming positions across customer insights, digital sales, campaign analytics and customer strategy. These roles sit within high‑performing, data‑led teams that influence customer experience and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex customer, campaign and digital datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries, data tables and analytical datasets to support reporting and decision‑making.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour and digital sales performance, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Partner with marketing, digital, customer and strategy stakeholders to deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling recommendations that influence strategy and business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Campaign Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, Digital Sales Analyst or Customer Strategy Analyst.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with a passion for turning data into business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work autonomously from day one.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL skills for extracting, manipulating and analysing large datasets.
