Data Analyst – Transform Data into Business Insights

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, define KPIs and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Document analytical processes and ensure data integrity.
• Support business‑intelligence projects and optimise reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modelling and data‑quality management principles.
