D365 Field Services Support Engineer

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Managed Services team and seeks a D365 Field Services Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and related platforms across client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day support for Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, bookings, resource scheduling, mobile app, integrations and environment reliability.
• Analyse client issues, create support actions, configuration updates, integration fixes and technical remediation.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, runbooks and stakeholder materials.
• Support release management activities such as environment readiness, deployment validation, patches and rollback planning.
• Develop low‑to‑medium complexity configurations, model‑driven app changes, Power Automate flows and Dataverse updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Field Service, in live client environments.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain Australian Government security clearance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with field teams, dispatchers and integration partners.
