Cybersecurity & GRC Consultant

About the role

ASI Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity & GRC Consultant to work closely with customers across multiple industries. You will help organisations identify risks, strengthen security capabilities, and achieve compliance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity assessments and security uplift initiatives aligned to frameworks such as Essential Eight and ISO 27001.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing practical recommendations to improve resilience.
• Support customers with threat monitoring, security operations, and proactive risk‑reduction activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen security controls.
• Develop security policies, procedures, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
• Guide customers through compliance and certification journeys, including ISO 27001.
• Support ASI’s internal Information Security Management System.
• Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams to design and implement secure solutions.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives and help build a strong security culture.

Required profile

• Strong experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, security operations, or security engineering.
• Proven ability to investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical advice.
• Ownership mindset, collaborative approach, and a growth‑oriented attitude.
