Cyber Security Incident Manager

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking a Cyber Security Incident Manager to lead the coordination and management of cyber security incidents across its enterprise ICT environment in Canberra. The role involves ensuring timely response, mitigation, and comprehensive reporting while supporting incident readiness and policy improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cyber security incident response activities.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Monitor threat and risk reporting channels and provide incident analysis.
• Maintain incident records and reporting dashboards.
• Provide incident response advice and mentorship to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external response efforts.
• Support incident readiness, training exercises, and policy improvement.
• Deliver briefings and updates to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in ICT security incident management.
• Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Essential Eight, ISM, PSPF, and DSPF frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience managing high‑risk or sensitive incidents.
• Desirable certifications: CISSP, SANS SEC504, ITIL v3.
