Cyber Analyst – Security Operations

About the role

Darktrace is seeking a Cyber Analyst to join its Security Operations team. In this role you will help protect customers’ digital environments by analysing alerts, investigating network traffic, and delivering clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate security alerts and network traffic using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools.
• Draft technical reports for customers that detail identified threats and recommended remediation steps.
• Assist customers in assessing risks and applying basic security controls.
• Identify emerging threat trends and analyse campaign activity across client environments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat with concise, accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to share strategies, best practices, and knowledge.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing, including technical blog posts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments.
