Customer Supply Planner

About the role

As a Customer Supply Planner you will ensure that Treasury Wine Estates’ products are available where and when customers need them. You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams, using data and forecasting to optimise inventory and deliver strong service outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute replenishment plans to meet service and inventory targets.
• Manage purchase orders and monitor inventory availability.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and vendors.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to drive decision‑making.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics functions.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in replenishment planning, supply planning or a similar FMCG role.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with forecasting, inventory management and ERP systems.
