Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will lead a large virtual team to ensure successful adoption and productive use of IFS products and services. You will act as the primary liaison with senior customers, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate program deliveries and manage senior customer relationships to achieve successful product adoption.
• Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings, provide updates to IFS senior leadership, and manage renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks for both IFS‑led and partner‑led engagements.
• Maintain revenue margin, drive utilization of subscribed services, and report Voice‑Of‑Customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of client‑facing experience in service or project delivery, preferably in Field Service Management, Manufacturing, Telco, Energy & Utilities, or Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, build trusted executive relationships, and navigate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience in value engineering, subscription services, and revenue retention.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Business Value Engineering (BVE) processes and value metric development.
• Understanding of subscription services, renewal processes, and upsell/cross‑sell strategies.
• Experience with executive steering committees and senior stakeholder communication.
