Customer Solutions Advisor – Part‑time

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will be the front‑line champion for Vodafone customers, helping them discover the right devices, plans and accessories for their everyday lives. This part‑time position offers a dynamic retail environment where you can share your enthusiasm for technology and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Vodafone products and services.
• Provide in‑store support, troubleshooting technical queries and guiding customers through the Vodafone app.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest devices, accessories and promotional offers.
• Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Adaptable, eager to learn about new technology and trends.
• Positive attitude, attentive to customer needs, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
