Customer Service & Sales – Front Desk

About the role

AAA Pet Resort is a family‑owned premium boarding resort in Brisbane that cares for dogs and cats in style. We are looking for an enthusiastic front‑desk professional who will be the first point of contact for customers and their pets, handling enquiries, bookings and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and their pets in person with warmth and energy.
• Answer calls, emails and enquiries promptly and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Manage bookings, deposits, quotes and customer records using our booking system/CRM.
• Follow up every lead, quote and incomplete booking to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Recommend add‑ons, packages and upgrades that suit each pet.
• Build relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep the front desk organised and plan the day ahead for the team.

Required profile

• Loves animals and people and shows genuine enthusiasm.
• Confident communicator in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and finds solutions.
• Organised and calm while juggling multiple customers and priorities.
• Quick learner of new systems and enjoys improving processes.
• Reliable, accountable, self‑motivated and available to work Tuesday to Saturday.
