About the role

Join the Reddy Express team in Dampier as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly service while keeping the shop clean, well‑stocked and inviting for every guest.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with product enquiries.
Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Promote store specials and a wide range of products.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for items as required.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, multitasking and managing time effectively.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
Flexible availability for late nights, early mornings, weekends and shift work.
Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
