About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will create great experiences for every guest while keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming. This fast‑paced retail role requires strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well‑stocked store environment.
- Operate the checkout, handle cash transactions accurately and process sales.
- Promote the product range, specials and loyalty offers.
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting and restocking duties.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
Required profile
- Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and core hours on Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00‑9:00 am.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
- Eligible to work in Australia and able to provide a police clearance certificate.
