Customer Service Representative – Retail

About the role

Join the Reddy Express team as a Customer Service Representative, delivering friendly and efficient service to store guests. You will help keep the store clean, well‑stocked and welcoming while ensuring a smooth, fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest enquiries promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system and process payments accurately.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking shelves and rotating stock as needed.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and standing for extended periods.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn product ranges, promotions and store procedures.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
