About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will be the front‑line ambassador delivering a friendly and efficient experience to every guest. You’ll keep the store clean, well‑stocked and inviting while supporting a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, answering queries and promoting products and specials.
Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting when restocking or arranging displays.
Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
Willingness to learn product ranges and store promotions.
