Customer Service Representative

About the role

The position sits in a core area of Tradiespec’s business, delivering front‑facing customer service, ensuring rentals are completed on time and maintaining the presentation of the vehicle fleet. It is an ideal entry‑level role for a motivated individual who wants to grow within a fast‑growing vehicle‑hire company.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Prepare rental vehicles – cleaning, refuelling, inspection and detailing – to company standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from delivery or collection locations.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑rental vehicle checks and record any damages.
• Maintain vehicle service schedules and coordinate logistics such as returns, relocations and availability.
• Lodge damage tickets and report issues through the internal system.
• Keep the branch and parking area clean and organised.
• Assist with rental transactions, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Support administrative tasks including documentation, filing and data entry.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
