Customer Service Representative

About the role

Brickworks Limited is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join its Wollert team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support internal and external customers across phone and email, helping them with product queries, orders and delivery scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Assist with reception duties, maintaining a clean and safe office environment.
• Provide product information and support for service requests, order management and job scheduling.
• Enter sales orders, credits, stock movements and returns accurately into the system.
• Support sales representatives as required and ensure documentation is filed according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and solid numeracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good listening skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
