About the role

Join Reddy Express as a Customer Service Representative and help create a welcoming, clean, and well‑stocked environment for every guest. You will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering fast, friendly service in a busy retail setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve enquiries promptly.
Maintain store cleanliness, ensure shelves are stocked, and displays are attractive.
Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.
Perform moderate to heavy lifting, reach for products, and keep the store organized.
Multi‑task effectively, balancing customer interactions with store duties.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
Flexible availability, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
Eagerness to learn product ranges and promote specials.
