Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations

About the role

UniLodge, a student accommodation provider founded in 1996, is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator focused on reservations. The role sits in the front desk reception area, delivering an exceptional resident experience and supporting the day-to-day running of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day front desk reception area with a focus on resident experience
• Help residents with enquiries about residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing
• Handle check-in and check-out for residents at the start and end of their tenancy
• Support leasing and the ongoing management of rooms, units and apartments
• Conduct room shows for prospective tenants
• Keep in contact with property services such as maintenance, cleaners, contractors and security
• Work towards the budgeted occupancy figures
• Make sure carpark accounts are current and manage any arrears

Required profile

• Fun, enthusiastic and passionate team player who enjoys building connections with people
• Ideally has experience in customer service and/or reception
• Strong written and verbal communication, good attention to detail, solid computer skills and a caring attitude
• Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand
• National police check and Working with Children Check
• Real Estate Qualifications QLD registration certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Trading QLD (current or willing to obtain)
