Customer Sales Support Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Support Representative is the front‑line contact for Sandvik Mining’s customers in Australia. Working from a hybrid office/home setup, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, manage quotations and orders, and ensure smooth daily operations for an allocated customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to assigned customers, building strong professional relationships.
• Enter and maintain customer data in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare quotations and process parts orders using multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Track and coordinate back‑orders with the supply‑chain network.
• Investigate and resolve delivery or order discrepancies.
• Offer technical assistance or route queries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet defined KPIs related to service quality and business targets.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
